Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Please note that tile samples are non-refundable. A returns surcharge may apply for palletised deliveries.

How many tiles do I need?
Measure your area in m² and add 10% for cuts and wastage. Each box covers 1.44 m².

Do I need special adhesive?
For large format tiles (600×1200mm), we recommend using a flexible S1 or S2 rated adhesive with back-buttering technique.

Can I use these tiles in a bathroom?
Yes, these tiles are suitable for bathroom walls and floors. However, for wet areas we recommend using an anti-slip treatment or opting for a matt finish alternative.
